This was one of our 6 goals against Drumcondra AFC in the 2019 Challenge Cup Final.
We have been drawn at home to meet them in the 1st Round of this season’s Challenge Cup. Meanwhile, VEC FC 2nds face a daunting but challenging task as they will travel to meet the Premier Division champions Malahide Utd.
VEC FC have been drawn at home to play Verona FC from the Leinster Senior League, in the second round of the FAI Junior Cup – scheduled to be played on Saturday 15th October 2022 at 11.30am.
In the Challenge Cup, VEC will be away to Fairview Celtic.
VEC have been drawn to play Boghall Rovers from Bray away in the Challenge Cup.
Coincidentally, VEC have been drawn to play Boghall Rovers at home in the Richard Knight Cup.
In the MMI Cup, VEC 2nds have been drawn to play Stedfast Utd. at home.
VEC FC have been drawn to play Beech Park FC in the Challenge Cup last-16 on Saturday, 5th March in St. Catherine’s Park in Lucan.
In the Richard Knight Cup, VEC FC have been drawn at home in the last-16 against the Harding IF who knocked Dunshaughlin Youths out on penalties.
In the MMI Cup, VEC FC 2nds have been drawn at home in the last-16 to Dynamo Ridgewood 2nds.
VEC FC will play the winner of Chapelizod FC and Frank Celtic in the 3rd Round (last-32) of the Challenge Cup. See full draw here.
In the Richard Knight Cup, 12 teams including VEC FC received a bye into the last-16.
In the MMI Cup, 10 teams including VEC FC 2nds received a bye into the last-16.

Unfortunately VEC are not in the 6th round draw this season, having reached the 7th round (last 16) last season [for the 2nd time in three years].
There we lost 1-3 to Kilkenny outfit Evergreen FC on 3rd February 2019.
